I think this is an O scale set. Set is in excellent shape and complete with all tracks cars and parts. Decals are loose from sheet.

Set appears to be unused. I had to test the set and works excellent. Original box is not in best shape but all other parts are clean with no parts broken. I think this was a promo set with limited quantities.
